Describe Your Role at V-Soft
I'm a Senior Business Development Manager and I've been with V-Soft for a little over four years. I work with clients to fill talent gaps and/or collaborate on innovative, project-based solutions.
What is The Best Thing About V-Soft?
V-Soft has a transparent and open culture. Everyone at the company is approachable at any time. That's unusual and special.

What is Something You're Proud to Have Accomplished at V-Soft?
I’m proud to have built strong relationships internally at V-Soft. I can truly depend on my teammates and we routinely go out of our way to help one another. Those connections translate into quality client service. It’s a lovely circle.
Any Interesting Stories in Your Line of Work?
When you are humans working with humans to solve problems created by humans, it's always interesting. Two of the things I love about this business are its simplicity and that no day is ever like another.
What Do You Enjoy Doing in Your Free Time?
My boyfriend and I love taking nature walks and I have become an amateur birder in recent years.

Also, having done theater since middle school, I still find time to do a play now and then. My last production, Thirteen Days, a play about the Cuban Missile Crisis, was closed a day and a half before opening due to COVID-19. I was cast as Robert McNamara, former US Secretary of Defense.

What’s a Fun Fact About Yourself?
I have two chihuahuas that never fail to bring me back to reality. Don’t judge me. I don’t dress them up. Unless it’s cold.
