Top Louisville Staffing Firm Named Best Place to Work in the Bluegrass

Louisville, KY – V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. was named as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for 2014 in the medium sized company category. The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group started this recognition program in 2005.

The Best Places to Work list is divided into three categories: small (15 to 149 employees), medium (150-499), and large (500+). Companies are selected based on a two part survey distributed to the employer and employee from Best Companies Group. The data is analyzed and organized by Best Companies Group, then it is compared to the companies that made the list of top employers.

To be eligible for consideration, companies must meet the following guidelines:

• Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
• Be a publicly or privately held business
• Have a facility in the state of Kentucky
• Employ a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time associates working in the state of Kentucky
• Must be in business a minimum of 1 year
