V-Soft Digital worked with a Lakeside recreation centre and developed a web-based membership management system that enables the company to plan new events with an interactive calendar, send email notifications, register new members, track attendance and facility amenity usage.

The Struggle to Manage Dynamic Data

The Lakeside recreation center offers seasonal services such as professional swimming leagues and other recreational activities for families and guests. The recreation centre also provides amenities such as exercise rooms and saunas and a variety of other wellness programs in a rotating calendar.

The company struggled with manual administrative tasks such as tracking membership information, planning events, reading data, and organizing invoice data. These administrative tasks and processes were time-consuming and prone to error.

A Complete Membership Management Solution

V-Soft Digital developed a powerful web-based project management system that enables the organization to easily register new members, track attendance and facility amenity usage. The V-Soft Digital team also created a comprehensive automated Optical Character Recognition solution to streamline the organization's finance processes. 

With the new project management system, users scan invoices with their mobile devices and the OCR application reads and processes the invoice. The application automatically extracts the required information and files the invoices into a centralized database.

This automated system reduced manual labor and streamlined the organization’s operations to reduce overhead costs. The OCR software improved data accuracy by 87% and increased invoice processing speed by 95%.
