This month we are spotlighting Account Manager, Anisa Hussain, a loving mother and wife, adventurous traveler, and key member of V-Soft's RAD team. She has been with V-Soft since March 2021 and, with prior experience in recruiting, has a strong passion for seeking out amazing new talent. Her knack for crushing goals and encouraging those around her makes Anisa the embodiment of everything V-Soft is all about.
I was looking for an opportunity where I could grow as an individual and create an identity for myself. The opportunity at V-Soft came at a time in my life when a lot of changes were happening and I took a leap of faith and accepted the role after an interview with Vijay Srivastava and Purna Veer. Since day one, every day has been fun and challenging and has given me the wonderful opportunity to be a leader and manager which is something I never thought I could be. I'm grateful for the continued support and encouragement from the V-Soft family.

In my early days at V-Soft, I was approached by Lonnie Gray about an Account Manager role with a different company. Because of this, he and I got connected and, eventually, I approached him for a role at V-Soft. As we all know, it's been an amazing journey since he's joined us! I realized that, in this industry, it is important to make and have connections because you never know how or when they will become fruitful.
I love to travel and explore new places and try different cuisine. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially with my 2 lovely kids, Farhan and Norah. Watching them grow and develop their own personalities is an amazing feeling. While I try to teach my children all about life, my children teach me what life is all about.

I have a good photographic memory which helps me a lot at work when trying to find good talent but at home, my husband and kids get in a lot of trouble! I also started my career as a professor for MBA students in India.

When I was in Louisville, me and my family enjoyed spending time with friends and also visiting Tandoori Fusion to eat yummy food. Here in California, we love to head down to the beach.
