This month's spotlight features Sanjay Kommera, V-Soft's new Chief Technology Officer. After hitting the ground running just over a month ago, Sanjay has launched V-Soft Digital, a restructuring of the business solutions formerly known as V-Soft Labs. We are excited to have Sanjay join the V-Soft Family and lead the company and our clients to higher levels of innovation. Let's get to know him better, his work history and his favorite passed times.
I am Chief Technology Officer and I'm responsible for developing V-Soft's strategy to deliver technology services to our customers. My role includes discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantages, minimize risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. I'm excited to deliver modern organizations with leading edge technology services and I'm excited to lead a division that is industry-recognized for bold strategic vision.
Over the past 22 years, I have delivered major technology solutions and managed teams of up to 800 resources. I delivered solutions from concept to completion in food and beverage, retail, finance and manufacturing. In the last 3 years, I've focused specifically on combining branding with technology and partner engagement, producing sizeable improvements for customers in revenue, speed to market and total cost of IT ownership.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing with my puppy (above), traveling, and watching cartoons.
I actually used to be an executive producer for a show, and now I'm working with my daughter as she wants to pick up my lost empire.😊 My next show is currently in writing.
Did I mention, my daughter, Naina Kommera, acted in an Indian movie, Krishnagaadi Veera Prema Gaadha, when she was 4? She has about 70,000 followers online, so she is definitely carrying on my dream!

My best presentations are always prepared while cooking. I continue to cook often and Ratatouille is one of my favorite movies. I've watched it a million times. My presentations come out well - and the food does too!
I enjoy river tubing in Helen. I love the 4-hour river tubing on Chattahoochee River.
