I am a Senior Recruiter in the Chicago office, though I enjoy reaching out to other offices. Recruiting has been my passion ever since I picked up the phone years ago! IT for me, is the best industry to be in because it’s constantly changing and I am always learning something new. It makes me feel wonderful knowing I have helped so many people further their careers and I try to keep in touch with most of them!
I have never worked for a big company. When V-Soft bought PGC it was tough at first, but the transition has been great, opportunities have increased, co-workers have multiplied and my job is a tad more exciting. Now people I have worked with years ago are now coming to work with V-Soft and it’s awesome!
I will always say my greatest accomplishment is my family but if it has to be something work related, I will say President Club again. It is such an awesome opportunity that motivates me to push my limits and reap the benefits of my hard work!
I enjoy recruiting and being a mom. In 5 years I hope I am still on top of my game at home and at V-Soft. Recruiting is my passion. I'm not looking for management, I just enjoy helping people and helping them excel in their careers!
I love spending time, when I can to be totally present for my kids. Sports are a big part of our life and with 4 children, it’s nice to try and make all of the soccer and baseball games along with the gymnastics meets and dance competitions. My passion for people goes beyond the typical, and my passion for my kids is one hundred times greater!
I am probably the most nonathletic person you know! Which is hard to believe after what I just said in the previous question!
