Every month V-Soft features a member of our family in our Employee Spotlight. For August, we've chosen to feature Jason Corletta, Senior Account Manager. Jason is responsible for connecting clients with consultants. Jason is based out of our Chicago, IL office and enjoys sports when he isn't working at V-Soft. Learn more about Jason:
I started out as a recruiter in Chicago. I moved to V-Soft about four years ago. It’s not really an exciting story, I just realized that it was a better fit for me here and that I could move further in my career – and make more money – at V-Soft. The people here are great and so far it’s been a great decision to work here!

Placing someone or making a placement or closing a deal is always a fulfilling day. Moving around within the count, anything to advance V-Soft within their count is also a fulfilling day. Honestly, there’s so many different things that are involved, I could be on the phone with someone or in meetings, in a nutshell the ultimate day is all of those combined.
Being in a leadership role is the goal. That’s always been my goal because I played team sports growing up and always saw myself as a captain and a leader. I think that’s where I’d excel, leading a team and helping out the organization.
I would say the people are the best thing. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been super intelligent and we’ve had good conversations about how we can help sell services and staffing, especially with Business Solutions. Everyone I’ve talked with has been open, willing, and collaborative. I don’t think that’s always true with other organizations, so that’s one of the best things about working with V-Soft.
I like to play sports. I play volleyball, basketball, really anything that involves competition. I like going to the movies and just hanging out with friends. I just got engaged s that’s taking up some time as well!
I’ve gone skydiving before. It was really random. One of my buddies was getting married, so we decided on impulse to go skydiving with him as part of it.
