This month we are spotlighting Regional Market Director, Ryan Frazier. Ryan has been with V-Soft for over four months and already has made a huge impact. We sat down with Ryan to get to know him a little more and what his world looks like outside the office.

For the first time in my 25-year career, I was going to take some time off and decompress. I left my job not wanting to move and having worked in the same building as V-Soft for the last 7 or so years, working with/and against them for the last two decades, and knowing their leadership for years, our paths just crossed at the right place at the right time…. A charity golf scramble to be precise! I was blown away with my interactions with Senior Leadership, and thought timing is everything, and took the leap.

I work in staffing and have for almost 2.5 decades. I have more “interesting” stories than I could talk about. Dealing in the people business, you name it, you imagine it, we have likely seen it. The good, the bad, and the ugly (and many in between).

I am a husband and a father of 3 boys, so between my wife and the boy's busy sports schedules, they eat up most of my leisure time. If I am free, you can find me likely playing golf or hanging with a close group of good friends!
