This month's spotlight features Sean Keeley, a dedicated member of our MSP team. Sean has been great at growing our MSP relationships and helping place candidates at some of V-Soft's most notable clients. Those who work with him can attest to his positive energy that he brings to the office each and every day. We spoke with Sean to learn a little bit more about his experience with V-Soft and what he likes to do in his free time.
I'm an Account Manager with the V-Soft MSP program and have been for over 4 years now. I cultivate healthy working relationships with our MSP clients by finding ways to strengthen our position in an atmosphere where contact with managers is often prohibited and there are a large number of suppliers. I definitely enjoy it!
My favorite thing about V-Soft is the people I work with - I love my coworkers! I'm happy to be able to talk and work alongside some great people and am proud to be at a company where I can enjoy the company of those I am surrounded by.

He took home 1st place in the ax throwing competition!

It can sometimes be tough in the MSP space due to all the restrictions. One thing I'm quite proud of is that I've been able to get a semi-exclusive relationship with a branch of one of our long-term clients. This enables V-Soft to receive workers for H1-B transfers, providing us with an ongoing supply of workers that also benefits our client in a symbiotic relationship.
I enjoy teaching bible studies with my church and following my passion for ministry. It's my biggest personal identity. Recreationally though, I enjoy board games and hosting movies at my house. I also love to cook and invent new, bizarre recipes. My favorite things to make are usually things I've never made before or ever heard of anyone else making either. Outside of that, I'm a dad to an awesome 4-year-old boy named Liam that I love spending time with as much as I can!

Going back to my love and passion for ministry, I actually have a Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary that I earned a few years before joining V-Soft. On a completely different note, another fun fact about myself is that I competed in the 1992 Nintendo Championship. I missed the finals by just 3 points - out of 50,000!
