Describe Your Role at V-Soft

I am a technical recruiter and have been with V-Soft about 2 months now. I am responsible for sourcing exceptional talent for various levels of experience while using multiple platforms. Over 7 years of Recruiting and Account Management experience with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention. I love what I do because of the interaction and satisfaction I get from working with wonderful people.

What is the Best Thing About V-Soft?

The people. My team in Madison, and everyone I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with thus far, have been amazing. Out team outings and after-work networking events are awesome. I’ve never worked with such a passionate, driven, funny, smart, crazy bunch of people in my life and I wouldn’t trade them for anything.

What Has Been Your Greatest Accomplishment in 2019, so Far?

Honestly…Being hired at V-Soft Consulting. My recruiting background is in administrative and clerical staffing. Having been given the opportunity to challenge my skills and knowledge of staffing in an IT recruiting capacity has been.

Where Do You See Yourself in 5 years?

Doing what I am doing right now. Enjoying my family, friends, pets, work, and exploring my new home here in Wisconsin (moved here in August 2018 from Little Rock A.R.), hopefully with a boat or a summer home on the lake…or both…

What Do You Enjoy Doing on Your Free Time?

My Fiancé Jon and I are HUGE foodies, we are either checking out the food scene in Madison, or at home cooking. We both love to cook, bake and create. We also love hiking with our puppy Riley, or Glamping.

What is a Fun Fact About Yourself?

I am a HUGE animal lover. 1 dog and 3 cats, ALL rescue.
