With so many great things happening with V-Soft Infrastructure, this month's employee spotlight features Andrea Carrington-Millhouse, the Client Service Desk Manager for IMAC (Install Move Add Change) working in our Cincinnati office. Andrea lets us in on the importance of motivating her team to reach high levels of success.
My title is the CSD (Client Service Desk) Manager for IMAC (Install Move Add Change) I started with MDTi 6 years ago as a CSD agent and was promoted to manager this year. My role as CSD Manager is to support and motivate my team. With this opportunity I hope to help grow not only the department, but our division in V-Soft. We provide an extra level of attention and detail for our clients that makes us stand out from our competitors. With my strong team we are determined to continually deliver excellence in service to our customers.
The untapped potential and opportunity with such a diverse company. Because of the many advanced technology products available to us now the V-Soft Infrastructure division has unlimited possibilities in Infrastructure and IT services to offer our existing and future customers.
Balancing my family life with my promotion to head up the CSD team and becoming an intricate part of the V-Soft management team also helping to make a difference in the building of our brand, and gaining the ability to help change people’s lives.
Hopefully still in a position that I can help motivate and compel others to better themselves and help them realize their goals and dreams.
I like to read especially SciFi and I paint, crochet and when I can find the time, I like to swim. I like to bake and I also like to watch movies old and new with my family.
