What Brought You to V-Soft and  What is Your Experience in?

Mark McBee, and I knew Geoff Ritter. I heard a position was open, and it sounded like an exciting opportunity. I had V-Soft on my radar for sometime, paying attention to what they'd been doing in the marketplace. They had an excellent reputation and I wanted to be a part of it.

Prior to V-Soft I worked for a local value-added reseller. Prior to that I traveled the country in a completely different industry, calling on hot-mix asphalt plant companies and owners. That was very exciting. The experience was valuable to me now because it's similar in that every customer needs some sort of technical assistance, and it's up to me to find out what their needs are, where they're going, and to find the best resource to assist them.

What Do You Consider a Fulfilling Work Day?

So far virtually every day has been fulfilling. I get to wake up, I get to come in and work for a company where my fellow employees are very supportive and open-minded. I seem to have fit in nicely with everyone here, we have a very collaborative spirit going on here in the office. Growing the business for V-Soft is my main goal, that's why I'm here. Just getting the word out about V-Soft and growing awareness is fulfilling. For a while, V-Soft has been Louisville's best-kept secret and I'm hoping to spread the word about us as far as I can.

Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?

I see myself having a fantastic impact on the local area, both internally and externally to V-Soft. Internally in areas of security and managed services, and externally to the local area customer base. I want to be a part of the growth that is V-Soft, and help continue that upward trend.

What Do You Like to Do in Your Free Time?

I enjoy reading, I enjoy listening to music, and I enjoy the outdoors. I'm an avid bowhunter. I don't know if what I do is called "golf," but I like to do that. I really enjoying traveling on the weekends.
