What is your experience in? What brought you to V-Soft?

I’ve been in staffing since I graduated college and have played various roles including Sourcer, Recruiter, AE, BDM and Recruiting Manager.  I came to V-Soft as part of the acquisition of MDT. So far, the best part of working with V-Soft has been the overall company culture and the expansive list of resources available to further enhance our brand/footprint in the industry.

What do you consider a fulfilling workday?

Seeing my team energized and productive while enjoying the work at the same time. We're a people-first company, and I'd like to think that we follow that philosophy both with our clients and internally. Having a happy team makes for a better workplace!

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In the next five years I see myself in a strategic leadership role. I would like to be helping create a road map to stay ahead of the ever changing staffing/solutions industry. I believe V-Soft has a bright future ahead of them, and I'm excited to be a part of that.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I snowboard, hike, and mountain bike. Living in Denver makes it easy to get outside and get active, which I enjoy. My wife and I have become foodies since moving here, as well, and we enjoy trying new restaurants in the area. 

What is a fun or unique fact about yourself?

I've been working with Brad, Chanin, Mo, Tammy, and Anthony since I graduated college almost 10 years ago! I was trained in sales by Tammy, and in recruiting by Anthony in my early days, before relocating from Harrisburg to Denver.
