We got the scoop on what Eric thought to be the key takeaways from the Georgia Summit this year including major technology trends and advances.

The major trend was ServiceNow solutions and staffing. Throughout the conference we were approached by many IT Analysts and nearly all of them said they were in need of staffing services for ServiceNow.

Eric’s Five Steps to IT Project Success

• Team Communication: The consultants must know the goals of the project. The due date, the budget, the objective, and feel comfortable with leadership to be able to report issues when they occur. Without successful and frequent communication any project will bomb.

• Customer Communication: Maintaining constant communication with your customer is extremely important. If the client’s goals change, or their deadlines are altered it is absolutely essential to know as soon as it happens.
