What brought you to V-Soft and what is your experience in?
V-Soft was my first employer in the US when I moved to Kentucky from India. It has been my home for the past 16 years, and words can't fully express the incredible experiences I've had over the years. During my time here, I've enjoyed personal and professional growth, forming meaningful friendships and relationships. I'm grateful for the numerous opportunities to learn and expand my skills in my field of work.
What is your favorite part of your job?
What brings me the most joy at work is not only my job, but I also enjoy the people I work with. They say you'll spend a significant portion of your life with your employees and colleagues. The best part of my job is the diversity of work and people, the ability to handle various tasks with versatility. I am fortunate to work for a company that recognizes employees as their greatest asset.
What is one thing you wish consultants knew?
Aligning and understanding expectations.
I heard you like to travel, what's your favorite trip so far?
Switzerland! It's one of the most beautiful countries I have visited so far, and I definitely want to visit there again.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Yoga is my favorite way to relax. Some of my favorite hobbies are gardening, home organization, playing sudoku, and candy crush, along with volunteering in my community.
