I was fortunate enough to begin as a field consultant for Safe Bridge Solutions almost 10 years ago. It made such an impression upon me that I gravitated toward becoming more involved in the company. Fast forward to today where I’m President and leading our merger with V-Soft Consulting to elevate the value we bring our employees and customers. It’s an exciting time for our Wisconsin family and here I’ll share our journey, but better yet, where we’re headed which may surprise you.
My first experience with Safe Bridge Solutions was in 2006 as a consultant. I was so impressed on how everyone at Safe Bridge took the time to really get to know me and care about my success in my career. The owners knew my kids, and my daughter loved to get to visit the office (my son was too young to remember getting carried there).
It was an experience that changed the way that I think about doing business and treating people. The Safe Bridge family not only talked about a triple win of focusing on each individual’s needs, through a People First approach, but they lived it.
Happy employees make happy clients, and happy clients make a successful company.”
There have been many changes to Safe Bridge since 2006, most notably the sale of Safe Bridge to the Purna and Radhika Veer, the owners of V-Soft Consulting, in January 2013. I had the opportunity to assume a leadership position in December of 2013 and it was the strong brand that brought me back – the opportunity to continue and strengthen this People First approach matched my passion.
Over the last two years we have really looked at the People First approach and continually try to improve it. We strive to ensure that we do not lose that “secret sauce” that I felt as a consultant was crucial to my trust of Safe Bridge and now V-Soft Consulting.
This strong partnership with V-Soft, leveraging strengths and resources of each company, has allowed us to not only improve the foundation of People First but to become stronger together. Here’s a highlight if the benefits this partnership has brought to our Wisconsin family:
I’m excited that 3 years into this acquisition we’re taking another step to integrate our companies, processes and approach. As of January 1, 2016, Safe Bridge and V-Soft will complete a corporate merger to become one entity. While we’ll be saying good bye to the Safe Bridge name, we’ll be expanding the brand that stands behind the name. Our business cards and signage will change, but our core values will not.
Our clients and employees will still see and feel that the People First approach is first and foremost in Wisconsin and all across V-Soft Consulting. All of the people that make that come to life today will be continuing to serve our consultants and clients for years to come.
In reality, the important things have not changed. My kids still love to come to the office, my daughter and Purna get along quite well, we’re all a family. We also think it’s possible to get Purna to become a Packer fan in the very near future.
