Intro to ServiceNow's newest product: ServiceNow Finance Close Automation

Come to this session to learn how you can accelerate your financial close using workflows and automation to perform accounting procedures, posting journal entries and tasks, and integrating with your ERP system. You'll see how your team can be more productive by reducing wasted emails, identifying process bottlenecks, and gain real-time insight into the close process. And it helps reduce your risk through automated evidence collection, automated journal entry validation and integration with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Blockchain and ServiceNow: Use cases for practical applications

In this session, we will demonstrate the potential of ServiceNow to provide the user experience and off-chain services required to enable corporate customers to leverage blockchain for practical applications. We will run a simple demonstration leveraging ServiceNow as a front-end to the Ethereum blockchain and discuss its practical application to cross-organization supply chain processes.

Plan for transformation: The digital transformation journey

This session provides an overview of the ServiceNow Platform Maturity Model, the adoption journey we expect our customers to go through, and the considerations and outcomes that our customers can expect as they progress through the different levels of maturity.

This session also provides a sneak peek into the Maturity Check (working title), a solution ServiceNow is planning to develop, which will help customers understand where they are on their maturity journey, what areas of improvement might be to get more value out of the platform and improve their users' satisfaction.
