Before getting into the challenges the client was facing, it's important to understand what ServiceNow is. Broadly, ServiceNow offers "Everything as a Service" - not just a platform, not just a software, but a full ecosystem of workflow processes that can be automated in virtually every department of a business. For this case study specifically, the software company was struggling with the archaic process of their IT department.

Challenges of Legacy ITSM Tools

The software company was struggling with old systems that required many different tools to complete simple IT tasks, such as monitoring server statuses, submitting tickets and managing changes. 

Upgrading to the Now Platform

The V-Soft Digital ServiceNow team replaced the systems the client was fighting with for years and implemented the Now Platform. The new solution could handle all the IT tasks on one, single platform, was now mobile-enabled, and automated many once manual processes.

The entire project provided a 50% reduction in expenses and 70% increase in efficiency.
