Chatbots are helping businesses in many ways. AI-powered chatbots can save time and bring more productivity to your business. Pairing an AI chatbot, like V-Soft’s VERA chatbot, with a custom mobile application adds another level of accessibility and reliability to your operation.

V-Soft Digital recently worked with an international financial institution to develop a custom mobile application that integrated with the VERA chatbot. Learn more about this case study by watching the video above or reading the brief below.

The Problem

V-Soft Digital worked with a financial institution that has operations across multiple continents and has frequent employee travel. These traveling employees often conducted digital audit procedures and protocols with their clients. However, the company was facing issues assuring secure access to their many e-services when and where employees required them. This caused a negative customer experience and frustration for employees. The company was looking for an easy and efficient way for their employee to access their services remotely, securely, and quickly.

Mobile Application with VERA Chatbot

The V-Soft Digital team developed and implemented a mobile application that integrated with the AI-powered chatbot, VERA, in order to support hundreds of e-service activities by providing a reliable and secure mobile environment.

The mobile application enabled the employees to create, view, and approve requests easily just by communicating with the VERA chatbot. The application also allowed them to escalate queries to live customer service agents as needed. Employees could also access and view knowledgebase articles in the mobile application, all on-demand.

The mobile chatbot developed by V-Soft Digital enhanced e-service accessibility and usability by 62%. It improved process efficiency and resolution by 41% and 30%, respectively.
