Describe Your Role at V-Soft

I was hired as a Market Leader to oversee our Colorado operations. My responsibilities include managing the most amazing team of sales and recruiting professionals in the industry, including overseeing our Colorado, Ohio and Canada markets with additional support coming from our offshore teams in India and Columbia.

What's the Best Thing About V-Soft?

I love that we have 24/7/365, follow-the-sun capabilities with both on and offshore services for our clients! We truly are the technology experts in our space – ServiceNow, AWS, IoT/ML/AI, as well as staffing. The people at V-Soft have the brightest minds with the most caring hearts. We are a minority-owned/minority woman-owned company, and V-Soft really embraces and values inclusivity and diversity. V-Soft also fosters a continuous learning environment with educational investments in its people.

V-Soft is also a global company, but we are still a connected family. I have never been a part of such an inclusive, diverse, welcoming organization that truly cares about the growth and advancement of people. It's not a surprise to me that V-Soft shares many awards, such as Best Places to Work and Diversity Vendor of the Year, along with many other recognitions. I am so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful, global family.

What's Something You're Proud to Have Accomplished at V-Soft?

I am really proud of my contributions to help grow the landscape of the V-Soft footprint. In particular, I have helped launch a new product that is now our Flagship SaaS/AWS offering, called Back to Doing. I was hired during the start of the pandemic crisis in March 2020. When COVID-19 first hit, V-Soft was quick to adapt and recognize the needs of our customers.

V-Soft Digital, the innovation arm of V-Soft Consulting, developed a comprehensive SaaS-based solution on the AWS platform for workplaces, schools, manufacturers and the like, for the safety of employees, students and staff when returning to in-person locations. The solution encompasses self-certification surveys, contactless health screenings, a centralized dashboard and the ability to integrate additional advanced technology features. I am passionate about this offering and am so grateful to be a part of a company that innovates to help our world get "Back to Doing" again.

What Do You Enjoy Doing in Your Free Time?

Being a single mom of three daughters, life can get very hectic. I have two at home who are 17 and 20.  My oldest, now 25, recently married in San Diego. In my free time, I enjoy doing things with my girls. We enjoy travelling and going to concerts. Some of our favourite concerts have included Excision (3 times), Rezz (2 times), Logic (2 times), the Frey, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Stevie Nicks, Imagine Dragons, KISS, Lady Gaga, Shawn Mendez, Katy Perry and Madonna, just to name a few.

What’s a Fun Fact About Yourself?

I currently own two Harley Davidson motorcycles and have been to 23 Sturgis Motorcycle Rallies in my lifetime. I love to cook and have won first place four times for both my green and red chilli recipes. Also, I am a Pioneer Colorado native. It is VERY HARD to find us, Pioneers. To qualify, your family lineage must exceed 100 years of residence in Colorado. In 1908, my late Grandfather Sutherland travelled by train as a hobo at 11 years old from Ohio. He landed in Denver and retired from the Denver Water Company. My family has been here ever since!

What is Your Favorite Thing to Do in Denver?

The girls and I love the outdoors in Colorado. We go for walks or hikes daily. Living in Ken Caryl, we are minutes from the foothills and some of the most beautiful sites in the country.

What is Your Favorite Sports Team?

I'm a fan of the Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets and the Colorado Avalanche.
