This month we are spotlighting Business Development Manager, Kathryn Lawler. Kathryn has been with V-Soft for four months and has made a huge impact. We sat down with Kathryn to get to know her a little more and what her world looks like outside the office.

Kathryn grew up on a small farm in Kentucky with two older brothers and a little sister. She and her siblings were homeschooled and developed a close bond that still exists today. Recently, she got engaged and is preparing to get married in October. Kathryn and her fiancé Eric have two cats named Brother and Sister. Among her favorite hobbies are playing chess, volleyball, gardening, and going to see musicals with Eric.
In early 2021, she experienced significant growth in her career. During this period, she was instructing yoga, involved in hiring both internally and externally at Total Quality Logistics, and eventually took on the responsibility of running the Milford office from an external recruiting standpoint. Kathryn learned a great deal during this time and received awards from two different departments. She looks forward to further advancing her career at V-Soft and to create defining moments; one of them being awarded a position like Lonnie Gray's, V-Soft COO.
Outside of work, Kathryn definitely has fun stories to share. She has accidentally bowled over Ricky Fowler during the PGA Championship, broke her tailbone while jet skiing and unknowingly sang in front of Michael Jordan - he approved!
Kathryn's advice to others would be to learn the importance of seeking opportunities for self-improvement, focus on personal growth, and be a good listener.
