What brought you to V-Soft?

Sally Martin and Mike Hoffman brought me here. I tried recruiting Mike to come to the company I was at during that time. I’d known Sally and Mike from a previous job we all worked together many years ago when Sally was in sales. When I tried recruiting Mike, they ended up recruiting me to the Chicago team instead!

What do you consider a fulfilling work day?

The night before the next day I always make a to-do list. I pretty much have every minute accounted for, so a fulfilled day is when I get through my list. A good day for me always starts and ends with a smile and not tears (laughs).

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Recruiting is my passion. I love being a recruiting contributor, and that’s where I’d like to remain professionally, so in five years I see myself going still strong as a top recruiter at V-Soft.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I have four kids, so what I like to do is watch them have fun with their sports. Or having a quiet day with my entire family at home. Either way, getting to spend time with my family is always an ideal day!

Do you have a fun fact about yourself?

I volunteer a lot at my kid’s schools a lot. It’s super rewarding to give back to the community, as well as get to be a part of my kid’s education in a more hands-on way.
