This month we are spotlighting Digital Account Manager, Kirk Lynch. Kirk has been with V-Soft for four months and has made a huge impact. We sat down with Kirk to get to know him a little more and what his world looks like outside the office.
Kirk leads quite the interesting life. His wife Laura runs a successful real estate business, his daughter Fiona works for Milwaukee Tools and his son Aidan produces original music.
Kirk and his wife own a cattle ranch called Falkland Farms an acronym which is quite special. The name represents their family, Fiona, Aidan, Laura, Kirk, Lynch. They raise both certified black angus and Wagyu beef. They decided to start a farm because farming has always interested Kirk. They are building up their cattle and hope to have a retail space once their herd is built up in a few years. Coincidentally, the day I spoke with Kirk, they had a new baby calf born named Artemis.
In his career, Kirk has enjoyed helping others achieve their goals, he feels pride and joy knowing that partnering with someone contributed to their success. In his previous job he was in leadership and enjoyed when members of his team would get promoted or take on new responsibilities. Here at V-Soft, Kirk's favorite times are when he helps clients reach success.
Kirk's advice that he would like to share with people is to think big and always live with the thought, "if it's going to be, it's up to me!"
