The V-Soft Digital team provides compelling solutions to our clients. One such solution is the ServiceNow VERA chatbot integration for a leading appliance manufacturer company based in US, who was struggling with manual processes within their ServiceNow instance. 

## Client Challenges

The client struggled with tedious, time-consuming manual activities within the ServiceNow platform. Not only that, but these tasks were prone to human error.  It was also hard to navigate the ServiceNow catalogue and identify the right knowledge base article from the complex repository. 

## Using VERA to Navigate ServiceNow

This multi-platform voice-enabled service interacts seamlessly with the ServiceNow platform.

VERA supports automated workflows within ServiceNow. The chatbot captures the instructions of the user in natural language and matches them with the specific ServiceNow activity, including ServiceNow knowledge base articles and catalogue items.

## Benefits of VERA Chatbot Integration

This integration resulted in enhanced flexibility and usability of the system. It also accelerated workflows and reduced time spent on performing manual tasks. This increased user satisfaction and improved process time. This increased user satisfaction by 70 percent and efficiency by 20 percent.
