What brought you to V-Soft and what is your experience in?
V-Soft recruited me to join their incoming Associate Recruiter class in January 2022. I have 6 months of IT recruiting experience, and almost a year of IT business development experience. Aside from that, I have 10 years of experience playing competitive volleyball, including 3 years of experience playing in the NCAA.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my cats, Tito, and Darla. I also enjoy binge watching Netflix docuseries and documentaries. If it’s a beautiful day, you can catch me sitting on my front porch in Old Louisville.
What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I was the first generation in my family to graduate from college. Many of my grandparents did not graduate high school, so to graduate college was a huge accomplishment for myself and my family. Another fun fact is that I don’t typically eat breakfast, but breakfast food is my favorite thing to eat.
What is your favorite thing to do in Louisville?
My favorite thing to do in Louisville is play beach volleyball. My Friday nights are spent on a beach court with my closest friends. Louisville has a huge volleyball presence, both indoor and outdoor, so there is always a league or tournament going on. It’s a great way to reset from the week, have a good laugh, and great exercise.
What's your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is how my team supports one another. We lean on each other through the highs and lows and I couldn’t be more grateful. We’ve built up a strong team that can keep the wheels rolling – one that jumps at opportunity quicker than any team in this industry.
