V-Soft has been growing exponentially over the past few years, and even more so since the start of 2016. We’ve been able to share many exciting announcements such as our merger with Safe Bridge Solutions, the addition of several new regional assets, and our expansion of offerings. We are proud to announce another addition to our V-Soft Family: our new Executive VP of Sales, Nick Reddin.
IT Staffing and Services Experience
Nick brings close to 30 years of selling experience and 20 years of staffing experience to V-Soft. His extensive resume includes Director, Manager, and strategic sales positions with some of the most recognized companies in the staffing and technology services arena from California and all throughout the Midwest.
Nick is a sought after speaker at academic and industry events and has been interviewed on media outlets for his insights on the changing world of work. Nick has been a frequent contributing writer to the BusinessRecord.com, JobDig, the Iowa ABI, and various other publications. He is a past recipient of JobDig’s “Career Tip Guru” recognition.
Specializing in change management, Nick brings many aspirations for V-Soft rising to new heights. His goals for contributing to V-Soft's already strong record of service and accomplishments include:
- Building a high performance team with our amazing family as a foundation
- Applying customer first initiatives to bring more value than our clients expect
- Emphasizing a collaborative environment
- Positioning V-Soft for hyper growth moving forward
Nick's experience includes overseeing full-cycle recruiting, sales, and efficiency planning and consulting. His experience is varied between Technology, Engineering, Financial, Call Center, Administrative, and Industrial environments.
Nick Reddin
Nick lives in Louisville Kentucky, has six children, and has been married for over 20 years to his wife Dana. He has served as a Youth and Children’s Pastor for 15 years and is an advocate for helping children and youth achieve their best and focus on their future.
When he’s not spending time with family or fulfilling his professional requirements Nick works with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI), IASP, SHRM, Quad Cities Development Group, San Diego Workforce Development, and has been an on-call consultant to the Department of Labor and Iowa Workforce Development offices.
